Life brings changes and situations in which an impartial conversation partner can help you see your thoughts more clearly. Psychological counselling offers a chance to talk about what is difficult and, working together calmly, to look for new ways forward.

Language: counselling with Reet Laur is held in Estonian. This English version of the website is provided for information.

Counselling for individuals

You can come to counselling at a time of life changes, difficult decisions, relationship questions or a stressful period. Sessions give you room to put your questions into words, notice the ways you have been coping and discuss possible next steps. Conversation is at the heart of the work; depending on your needs, exercises and other counselling methods can also help.
